Corruption is a malignant tumor of society, which leads to low efficiency or inefficiency of social resource allocation; disturbs the order of social justice, and weakens the legitimacy of the government. All generations of leaders of new China have attached great importance to the anti-corruption work, but with the development of society, the traditional modes of anti-corruption encounter great difficulties. The new era calls for new anti-corruption tools.After being introduced into China, weibo has shown great power immediately in the field of anti-corruption. Researching into anti-corruption through microblogging, and exploring the evolvement process of public events meticulously in weibo field can help analyze the action strategy of each participator in anti-corruption through Microblogging. What’s more, it lays the foundation of exploring how microblogging anti-corruption track the rule of law. From the perspective of social practice, microblogging anti-corruption research can promote the awakening of civil right consciousness, enhancing citizens’ enthusiasm of participating in government and political affairs through microblog, and form a good network supervision environment by public opinion. It also can help expand the channels of citizen participation into governmental affairs; prompt the government to actively respond to social concerns, and promote the development of democratic politics. The study of microblogging anti-corruption is an important part of the feasibility study about social governance with the new tools-weibo, promoting the innovation of social governance; Research on microblogging anti-corruption is of great theoretical value and practical significance to perfect the system against corruption, and to promote the cultivation of clean government.First of all, through the discourse theory, the theory of political democracy and civil society theory, the article analyses the importance of micro-blogging anti-corruption as a new way of social governance, practice political democracy, and promote the development of civil society.Secondly, from the two aspects of social macro background and advantages of weibo itself, the article analyzes the inner necessity of weibo becoming the new sword against corruption. Social macro background:(1) In the period of social transition in contemporary China, the gap between rich and poor is widening, the underlying social conflicts and widespread public resentment mood with rotten officers and social injustice needs a vent window.(2) After Xi came into power as the core of the new central collective leadership, anti-corruption work was promoted to a new strategic height, showing a positive posture to welcome new anti-corruption instruments.(3) With the development of information and communication technology, information resources allocation mechanism has transformed from the traditional "panoramic prison" to "common scene prison", the public have access to supervise government officials.(4) With the development of civil society and the awakening of civic consciousness, the requirements of the public to participate in public affairs is more and more intense, but in the realistic society, the poor channels of citizen’s political participation are huge, microblogging platform turns out a new way of public political participation.Microblg’s advantages aspects are as following:(1) the microblogging "news tentacles" deep into every corner of society.(2) the microblogging wins the favor of users by providing a virtual user-centered community; At the same time, weibo combines closely the private with public domains, which makes it possible that the weibo users can quickly participate in microblogging anti-corruption public events.(3) weibo has realized the real-time interactive communication between users.(3) with information’s fission dissemination, the anti-corruption information can be implemented in a short time, wide coverage, and gather public opinion against corruption.(4) the microblogging platform further extends their influence by convenient connection to other platforms.(5) microblogging anti-corruption final stage is done within the system, realizes the cooperation between social power and system authority.Third, this paper, through Zhang Aihua event, Yang Dacai event, Liu Tienan event three typical cases, analyze the causes of the anti-corruption events, attitudes and roles of events participators, and different development paths in different microblogging anti-corruption events.Fourth, the article, on the basis of a detailed analysis into the above case, through economic, cultural, political, social four perspectives, explores each participation main body (including the public, the media, government agencies and officials, etc.) in this emerging social media platforms, how to act, and interaction, finally realizes the purpose of supervision over the government officials and restriction to corruption process. It’s the core part of the paper.Fifth, on the basis of case analysis and from the public’s view (including the media press), the government summarize the current problems existing in the process of microblogging anti-corruption in two aspects. Finally, in view of the problem, putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to further development of microblogging anti-corruption is in the track of law.Compared with previous research on microblogging anti-corruption, the innovation point of this article is:(1) grab important nodes in the transmission path of microblogging public events and restore the public’s anti-corruption event on weibo platform in detail;(2) in this paper, there is the detailed analyses on action strategy and interaction mechanism of the participation main body in the anti-corruption events.The defects in the article:(1) as part of the data in the article was gathered lately, there may be some deviations because that some data involved with microblogging has been deleted.(2) being restricted to technical reason, some relevant original microblogs which are based on BBS cannot be contained in statistical microblogging data, and it can only contain those micro blogs that have a direct "forward" or "comment" relationship with the original microblogs.
