Video surveillance technology plays an important role in the security field, withits intuitive, convenient and rich information content and widely used in city traffic,civil security, especially the important security department or major event. Along withthe rapid development of computer, network, image processing and transmissiontechnology, especially with the rapid development of mobile communications, videosurveillance monitoring developments from the wired network to the mobile videomonitoring. Terminal mobile video surveillance technology is developing fast, thehardware performance has been a breakthrough. With the characteristics of fullyfunctional intelligent mobile phone and tablet computer is the best choice for mobilevideo monitoring terminal equipment. Google platform for the development of theAndroid greatly promoted the development of the intelligent mobile phone, theplatform provides a good opening performance, brings the opportunity for thepopularity of smart mobile phone video surveillance system. The main task is to studythe relevant technology of Android platform, constructing panoramic videosurveillance system. Based on the detailed analysis of panoramic image mosaictechnology research status, briefly discussed the basic steps and typical algorithms ofbasic concepts, panorama stitching technology, a new panorama stitching methodbased on panoramic images feature detection and matching algorithm are analyzedand summarized after. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of typicalpanoramic picture synthesis technology. And on this basis puts forward terminalservice device architecture, human-computer interaction system customers, mediastream processing module code storage and transmission.This paper completed the design and Realization of panoramic video monitoringsystem on smart mobile device based on Android. Through the analysis of panoramastitching algorithm based on existing, innovation will introduce binocular visiontechnology to panorama stitching process, through the round stitching algorithm issuccessfully realized the panorama stitching process two fisheye photo, and throughthe design based on the vehicle platform, ARM chip Android operating syste m, videomonitoring terminal software the video acquisition, storage and forwarding scheme, aset of complete vehicle video monitoring platform for Android solutions.
