In recentyears, the domestic series of gas explosion, so many innocent people lost their lives, thetime are due to the occurrence of gas regulatory loopholes, and the introduction of gasmonitoring system helps to improve the efficiency and the level of supervisionsupervision, is the future trend of development.The thesis expounded the process that design and implementation of Gas cylindermanagement system which consists of four parts: system analysis, detailed design,system implementation and test. In the requirements analysis phase, this paper throughthe system administrator, the provincial supervisory users, the users, supervision at thecounty level, inspection unit, filling user actual investigation of the business, the systemrequirement is certain which consists of seven parts: filling unit management module,test unit management module, review management module, the gas cylinder managementmodule, data statistic summary module, dynamic information management module andsystem management module, and the performance index is certain, including the numberof concurrent users and response speed. In the system design phase, the thesis usesflow chart to introduce the implementation details of the system function, and construct aData Model. At the same time. The thesis construct a security protection scheme forSystem. Based on this, the system is implemented. In the last, the thesis introduces thetest process from function test and performance test, and the faults are modified. Thesystem uses dreamweaver mx as development tools, and uses oracle9I to store data, anduses MyEclipse to implement function, The system has the characteristic of simple operation and high safety.From requirements analysis, design the system to the specific implementation, forgas cylinder management business informatization construction provides a complete setof solutions.System has been successfully applied to the province bureau of qualitysupervision, inspection of gas cylinder management business, the application of thisplatform can realize dynamic tracking of cylinders, prevent waste gas cylinders to carryon the market, help to improve the reliability and security of the cylinders application,the system has the actual reference and guiding significance.
