Abstract/Summary:
With the coming of the era of information globalization, the way people record, share, and search music is changing gradually. So, it is a topic worthy of in-depth discussion that with the aid of what interactive mode that people can advocate individual value and win the recognition by enjoying and sharing music. Currently, some existing mobile music applications are more focused on the traditional digital music share platform, the focus lies in taking the interaction of existing record music, rather than focus on3G mobile music. Against such background, the paper takes the interaction design of mobile music sharing community application as the main research object, uncovers users’potential demand based on the user experience, and to explore an mobile music sharing community interaction solution that people can not only enjoy the music, but also realize the friendly interaction with others.First of all, based on current study status of domestic and foreign mobile music, this paper analyzed the functions of existing mobile music software and features of user experience, and envisaged the community and diversification development trends of mobile music application. Second, the user-centered design method was adopted to conduct further studies on users in the way of interview, observation and questionnaire, explore users’ demand of mobile music sharing community, and conclude users’ experience goals. Further, it proposed an innovative application solution of mobile music sharing community, that is,"Our Voice". Third, the method of user role modeling was employed to determine comprehensive user roles as the main users. Besides, scenario analysis was conducted based on the features and prospect of main user roles. User demands were defined and major functions of mobile music sharing community application were categorized to focus on analyzing the behavioral characteristics of users in the process of "music appreciation-interactive" and "music presentation--interactive" and summarize the information framework of mobile music sharing community application, thus laying a foundation for later interaction design. In the end, in accordance with demand definition, function setting, behavior analysis and information framework, the paper proposed the interface interaction design solution for "Our Voice", conducted user assessment and usability test on the design, and solved problems existing in the solution, thus making the solution improved and perfected.This paper uncovers users’potential demand of the mobile music sharing community from the perspective of the user experience, does research into mobile music application sharing community by applying the goal-directed design method. The paper also presented a mobile music sharing community named "Our Voice" that allow users to enjoy the diverse music, and to acquire interactive social experience in the process of music appreciation.
