To this end it was proposed ideas to use the network monitor the vending machine’s status, and given the realization of the framework by using GPRS and GSM networks.By analyzing the characteristics of wireless network communications and applications of vending machine, using a combination of wireless CDMA20001X EVDO module, embedded operating systems and relational databases, to build a wireless remote vending machine monitoring system. Using the connection of CDMA communication module and embedded modules, collecting operational data of vending terminals; For server-side produced using Visual C++user control interface, and a database with store and query functions to realize query for historical data. Using C/S (Client/Server) mode, the data communication connection established between the vending machine and the server. Package on the basis of the transmission data, and the workflow system design to achieve the stable communication connection. Make remote monitoring platform to get information out of stock replenishment conveniently, facilitate work staffs to have a real-time understanding of the indicators for vending machine operation.By monitoring the user interface display, intuitive reflects the status of vending machine sales status, provide logistics officer more timely reference to facilitate for the replenishment operation,and provide the worker staff the operating status indicators for real-time monitoring of vending machines. After testing tests to demonstrate the construction of a monitoring system in a certain transmission rate and the stability problems, and can achieve better originally intended target, may be promoted in the practical applications. |
