Design And Implementation Of Vending Machine Remote Monitoring And Management System Based On GPRS

From 1990s, vending machine was introduced into our country. After more than 10 years of development, it has been gradually entering into modern people's life. However, including advanced countries, their methods of operation and management for vending machine are not mature, they can't fit for people's demand in efficient operation management, intelligent, low-cost demand. To improve management efficiency, reduce operation cost and improve service level and quality, it is very necessary to develop a kind of vending machine system. Combined with modern communication technology and computer technology, this thesis discussed GPRS network technology and the structure of B/S in this thesis, which fit for current demand of technology development.Firstly, this thesis analyzed application situation of vending machine management system in China and around world, requirement target of system, implementation function, future tendency of vending machine management, GPRS wireless network characteristic of communication, clear and whole recognition about system target and function .Secondly, based on the principle of function requirement, overall structure of system, interactive model of system, network topography of system, relation table of logic structure of database were designed, each subsystem was designed specially including management subsystem,monitoring sub-system and communication subsystem.Finally, based on previous detailed design, the structure of hardware and software of management system were given; Software implementation of management system is given in detail including main flowchart of system,implementation of network communication module,implementation of network monitoring and implementation of business logic function module, some key technology is mainly described including access control of serial peripheral equipment for bill acceptor and implementation of business logic function module.Some part of function of system was tested on PC, the result showed that it was stability and reliability.
