With people's emphasis on medical and health,the demand for medicines continues to increase,and the vending machine industry has ushered in a new opportunity.In order to fight against the new coronavirus and actively respond to the call for "no contact" during the epidemic,it is imperative to design a vending machine system that can avoid cross-infection.However,most of the traditional automatic medicine vending machines have problems such as difficult operation and management,high drug damage rate,single type of medicine,difficult monitoring,poor interactive use experience,and difficult testing,which restrict the development of automatic medicine vending machines.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis designs a set of automatic medicine vending machine system based on B/S and C/S architecture on the basis of the traditional automatic medicine vending machine.The system consists of two parts,the terminal system of the automatic medicine vending machine and the management system of the service center.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Complete the design of the terminal system of the automatic medicine vending machine.The drug vending machine terminal system includes a hardware control system and an Androidbased host computer system.The hardware control system not only completed the design of mechanical structure,control structure,and key circuits,but also designed a safe and stable communication method to complete data interaction with the host computer system.The Android-based host computer system adopts the C/S architecture and selects the Android industrial computer as the main control of the terminal machine,and realizes the control of the terminal medicine vending machine through the App application,and enriches the operation mode of the automatic medicine vending machine.At the same time,the design of the We Chat applet in the Android-based host computer system is completed to increase the humanization and convenience of the drug vending machine system.(2)Research on the failure detection of medicines from automatic medicine vending machines,use the improved YOLO-V3 algorithm to solve the problem of low accuracy of medicine box position recognition,and design corresponding auxiliary monitoring and detection modules.At the same time,a set of handling mechanisms for system hardware and software abnormalities have been designed,which reduces the rate of drug consumption and maintenance costs.(3)Complete the design of the service center management system.The service center management system adopts B/S architecture to realize the development of network security module,supervision module,drug transaction module,point layout module,data analysis module and member processing module.At the same time,it determines the software structure,authority management model,communication security design and log management mode,and designs a set of web interfaces to help operation managers monitor the working status of the vending machine.(4)Complete the test of the automatic drug vending machine terminal system and the service center management system.The test content includes functional test and automated test,which solves the difficult problem of automatic drug vending machine testing.
