As a traditional unmanned retail mode,vending machines have many benefits.In the context of new retail,they are integrated with the Internet of Things technology.At present,most of the vending machines on the market use MDB/ICP(Multi-Drop Bus/Internal Communication Protocol)as the internal communication standard,and the internal structure of the vending machine is finalized.In process of optimizing and upgrading vending machines,there is a problem that the software and hardware need to be redesigned,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.In view of the above problems,this thesis mainly studies MDB/ICP,based on the original hardware and software of the vending machine,a remote monitoring system for vending machines for new retail is designed and implemented.This thesis mainly explains from the following aspects: Firstly,aiming at the needs of optimization and upgrading of vending machines in the context of new retail,based on the original hardware and software of vending machines,the overall plan of the system is designed,the system is mainly composed of a vending machine monitoring terminal and a remote monitoring cloud platform.Then the monitoring terminal software and hardware functions are designed and implemented.The monitoring terminal is mainly divided into a monitoring part and a wireless communication part.The main control module of the monitoring part uses the STM32 chip,and a innovative hardware and software design that can directly monitor the content of the MDB session from the outside of the vending machine is proposed;the wireless communication part uses the SIM7000 C chip and uses the NB-Io T network to complete the upload of the monitoring content.Then a remote monitoring cloud platform is designed and implemented.Including database design,page display design,communication server and website server design.The communication server is responsible for receiving the uploaded content,and distributing it,and storing it in the database.The website server is responsible for interacting with the database,and the user can access the display page through the PC browser.Finally,a test system is built to complete monitoring system tests.The test results show that the system can realize remote monitoring of the transaction data of the vending machine,meet the design requirements,and achieve the expected design goals.In summary,the remote monitoring system for vending machines designed in this thesis meets the requirements for the optimization and upgrading of traditional vending machines in the context of new retail,and does not need to change the internal structure of the vending machine.It saves manpower and material resources,and improves management efficiency.
