| In1995, one newspaper named The Huaxi Daily created the new city-newspaper era of China. In the same year, the first free-newspaper in the name of Metro appeared in Europe. From then on, the effect of "Sheep Group"highlighted,city-newspaper was among the mainstream market of newspaper in China rapidly. Moreover, the free-newspaper was experiencing the leaping development in the fierce competition, with the attitude of a rising star. However, the contradiction always goes through the development of something, the more fierce of the homogeneous competition goes on, the more slowly of the city-newspaper’s progress will be while the mode of free went against the paper’s long-lasting development. However, the contradiction is also the non-stop driving power. These years, one new paper type:polybasic-newspaper appears because of the intense reform needed as well as the media ecology complicated.In2012, the construction of city booming rail traffic promoted the Wuhan Morning News’ new reform.
