Today, the bank card has become an indispensable tool for non-cash payment inpublic life, therefore, the bank card security problems in the use are increasingly concerned bythe general public. Original bank cards using magnetic stripe card technology, magnetic stripecard information is easily copied to counterfeit bank cards and the cases to steal cardholderaccount funds have occurred from time to time. News events constantly exposed by the media,also more and more become the current debate and concerns of ordinary people. Therefore,the security of bank card attracted national attention. In March2011the People’s Bank issued"to promote the financial IC card application work opinions", decided to open a nationwidebank card chip migration, requiring commercial banks must issue financial IC card beginningin2015. The current Bank launched mostly financial IC card and IC card magnetic stripecards in one card. It is understood that, by2015, the existing magnetic stripe cards will notwithdraw from the market. Customers can still use it, the bank will not force to replace. Thepromotion of financial IC card is the national financial strategy and is part of the Chinesedream, marking the popularization and application of the nationwide comprehensive started.This paper mainly researches on a bank card the following security modules in thesystem:1. ECMS-central processing system in the bank credit card system. This paper mainlymakes the comprehensive exposition from the main function module is the accountingtreatment, management and operation of trading accounts, module’s characteristics, structure,account organization and identification assigned, credit plan, etc.2. EAS-IC card online authorization system modules. This paper makes thecomprehensive exposition to realize the instant consumption and immediate chargeback function through the EAS online system (it approves or declines account transactionsaccording to information from ECMS, sends information about approved or declinedtransactions back to ECMS), using Embossing (system card system) to implant hard cardthrough writing the customer information, card number, passwords, credit to the chip, Whenconsumers use the chip card transactions at the same time, POS machine and bank terminalgenerate information exchange, transfer data via EAS organized by the chip card organizationand check, verify, and authorize the account information.3. ADS-Dispute Management System module. This paper makes research andcomprehensive discussion mainly from the module’s main function is to build and handlecustomer card transaction disputes, trading technology function of customer billing dataretrieval, Authorization function, and makes research and comprehensive to ADS system’smain features on dispute handling: including dispute started, dispute tracking, systemmanagement, query, management information systems, etc.Through research and testing of three modules, combing the relationship and featuresbetween the three modules for the bank IC card security, dispute resolution,online authorization related knowledge, and on the bank card security management modulearchitecture and design to achieve, for example, to solve today’s hot news suchas news two the amount of consumption and the place as like as two peas, the bank card isstolen brush or bank card is repeated by deduction. Foreign tourists or students’ bank cardshave duplication of charge. We can discover and solve online disputes, reducing theprobability of repeated billing, guarantee the use of bank cards in the dispute resolvingand avoid the banking and financial system reputation and solve people unnecessary fear andpanic on the bank card security.
