Designing And Implementing Of Tibetan And Chinese Id Cards Information System Based On Encryption

The id cards information system for people is an important content in the population management of countries. Nowadays, the Id cards system can't satisfy the need of the country's population management. Especially it can't meet the requirement in minority area. According to the given demand about the second Id cards information in Tibetan area. This dissertation design and implement the Tibetan and Chinese Id cards information system based on network security theory.The dissertation's work focus on the next aspects:1 .study the different encryption systems in encryption theory, analysis the virtue and shortcomings of the different encryption methods. Put forward that using mixing encryption methods realizes the data security during the transmission process.2.design the gong' an population system. Including system designing, database designing, uml designing and so on. Use the language of powerbuilder8.0 and the database of sql server2000 to implement the system.3.design and implement the Tibetan and Chinese Id making system. And advance the key technology of applying the system.4. form the network configuration, the aim, the process, the methods and so on we carry through the encryption theory analysis and the implementation of the methods.5.put up the test and making Id cards .The gong' an population system and the Tibetan and Chinese id cards system not only use together, but also use independently. Now no similar product and software implements in country and no same reports have done entirely. The system fill up the blank of the country and achieve the advanced level in country.
