The Model Of Warehousing Cost And Efficiency&Analysis About Electronic Commerce Logistics

With the rapid development of knowledge economy and the rapid development ofthe information superhighway, e-commerce industry has been rapid development.Operation and management of logistics center is an important part of the e-commercelogistics. Automation equipment brings high efficiency, at the same time, it alsoincreases the cost of inputs.This paper analyzes the key index in warehousing systemof e-commerce logistics center, and establishes the model of warehousing cost andefficiency model. Then this paper obtains the conclusion for the e-commerceenterprise to choose AS/RS solution. Finally, this paper verifies the obtained resultsthrough the actual e-commerce enterprise case.In order to verify the rationality of the key index and the effectiveness of theconclusion from more macroscopic and more comprehensive aspect, this paper furtherevaluates the e-commerce enterprise case by AHP. According to the scoring ofimportance, it finally proved the feasibility of AS/RS solution and the effective of thestudy in this paper. Through the study of the warehousing system for e-commerceenterprise logistics center has obtained an important conclusion, it provides importantreference and evaluation index for the e-commerce enterprise to choose the automatedwarehousing system solution.
