In recent years,with the continuous development of economy and science and technology,the speed of urbanization construction is faster and faster,resulting in the continuous reduction of land resources on the ground and the increase of construction cost of space on the ground.Therefore,many countries begin to build underground logistics storage centers to deal with the above problems.In the working process of underground logistics storage center,it is very important to obtain the location information of forklift,container and other equipment,so it is necessary to select the appropriate equipment positioning technology.Through the study of the existing positioning technology,the defects of WLAN positioning in the underground application scene are small,and there is no impact of the erection cost and terrain restrictions.However,there are still some problems in the application of WLAN in the underground logistics storage center environment.The localization algorithm is improved.The paper has completed the following aspects:1.in order to solve the problem of the heavy workload of using WLAN positioning technology in underground logistics storage center,this paper proposes an off-line database building method based on the spatial interpolation of location fingerprint.The method is based on the improved CPN neural network,and the algorithm model is completed and simulated.The algorithm improves the efficiency of building the warehouse and reduces the workload of location in the process of location in the underground storage center.2.in order to improve the speed of online acquisition of equipment location coordinates in underground logistics storage center,this paper implements an online positioning scheme based on AP selection.The scheme uses the ReliefF algorithm to optimize the online positioning calculation and improve the speed of online positioning.The algorithm can speed up the WLAN location algorithm,and reduce the calculation amount of online positioning when WLAN positioning technology is used in the large underground logistics storage center.3.in view of the unstable wireless communication environment in underground logistics storage center,the error correction scheme is analyzed and proposed to realize the positioning error correction model based on BP network structure.In the process of training,in order to overcome the limitation of BP neural network structure,the paper combines genetic algorithm and momentum factor to improve the positioning error correction model.The scheme can improve the positioning accuracy and modify the noise influence in the location of underground logistics storage center.4.integrating the above three positioning steps,the paper develops the demonstration platform of location acquisition of underground logistics storage center based on Visual Studio using c++ language,and realizes the equipment management function in the underground logistics storage center.
