Oil field data center mainly contains many oil data asset libraries and data resourcemanagement platforms. The data center resource management can unifies the disposeddatabase systems into distributed database logically and physically, and unifies the datasource acquisition and data quality assurance to the data standardization system;it cancomplete data sorting, data quality examination, data loading, it can also modify datacollecting and sorting data checking. All of the performance can make sure the data touch therequest of system management. Here we mainly use data warehouse techniques to construct the “Oil Production PlantProduction Data Center System” which based on the production management data of oilproduction plants. First we design the functions of the whole system, then we can use theETL technique to finish the production data extraction, converting, cleaning, loading, and usethe OLAP technique to finish the multi-dimensional analysis, then dig out the hidinginformation from so much production running data. With the digged out information we canexplore the production regular, anticipate the production tendency, and make more effectiveadjustment and optimization. To design the data warehouse which based on the analysis ofsystem data, first we confirm the data collecting models, data treatment processes, technicalcriteria;then we analyze and design the logical architecture, application architecture andsystem function, give details to every model designation. Finally we finish the comprehensive discussion on the concrete construction of thesystem main frame, the construction of key models and important functions, and systemrunning condition.
