With the emergence of more and more business website mode intensifies the competitionbetween B2C website taobao.com, and transformation of C2C mode also put great pressureon the B2C website. At present, the traditional small and medium enterprises faces two bigproblems of network to build enterprise website platform and attract the majority of users,build effective, quick conform to the needs of the user site platform, win goodcompetitiveness become the small and medium-sized enterprises need to focus on issues ofnetwork. Therefore, to extract the user shopping experience in the process of information,guide the enterprise web design is particularly important.Based on taobao.com successful case, the network user purchase behavior and operationprocess as the research object, analysis of the impact of Web Design on consumer purchasedecision, the website design based on user experience. First of all, through the questionnairesurvey from30people before the user shopping information, according to the user’s initialdata, to determine the initial user experience measure factors; Secondly, select the30simulation experiments are carried out in tmall Taobao Mall "brand in the street" and "tmalloriginal" two columns, and produced by user interviews during the experiment problems;Finally, according to the user during the experiments concern selected5with senior shoppingexperience and in-depth interviews were conducted to extract user, user experience factorsthat measure from the first survey, combined with the research results, the end user experiencemodel, and factors that measure to validate the extracted user experience through the Spsssoftware, guide enterprises to B2C website design...
