And follow the existing norms, existing businessmiddleware based on cross-platform deployment. Through the development of different intermediatedielectric layer interface, combined with existing telecom applications service, the better to achieve avariety of functions.This paper makes a deep research on middleware technology and database access technology,combined with specific application of the telecom payment system, puts forward a kind of C/S structure ofthe telecom business middleware layer between telecom service implementation layer and underlying userdatabase, and build a three-tier structure of the telecom business application platform based on middlewaretechnology.
