Telecommunications Cup Payment System Design And Implementation

As the business developed, the increasing of payment approaches of telecommunication service are becoming more necessary. In order to adapt the increasing diverse and personalized market demand, and conform the rapid development of modern communications technology trends, Fujian Telecom has been committing to the construction of the online system for telecommunications CUP payment.Billing and charging system in this study uses the three-tier architecture and function design, to for bank to charge the payment of the telecommunications service cost and considering the implementation interface of communication between the telecommunication management platform and bank module.The thesis includes the following sections:The first, use the three-tier architecture and middleware technology to realize the overall design of the system.The second, describe the specific design of the business functions and to realize the functions including real-time payment, cost query, reversal processing, reconciliation processing, business process modules.The last, describe the design and implementation to the internal and external interface of the system and the common structure.The realization of the payment platform of the telecommunications costs via CUP-line system will help the inter-connection between provincial telecom companies and provincial UnionPay's network. Fujian Telecom users payment channels have been expanded to ensure that users can pay the telecommunications costs by CUP ATM , Union Pay banks under the various outlets and telephone bank at any time. Finally, the competitiveness of the telecommunications market and user service levels will be improved greatly.
