The Design And Implementation On Administrative Reconsideration System In Customs

Administrative reconsideration is an important part of customsenforcement. E-government technology is used to transform the way ofadministrative Reconsideration. The reengineering of reconsiderationrelated business process may attain to simplify the reconsideration，improve work efficiency, reduce administrative costs and preventenforcement corruption purposes.Firstly the paper analyes and discusses e-government, AJAX, ORM,Silverlight and other related technologies. Based on real application thepaper proposes three-tier architecture design, and ASP.NAT based platformdevelopment method in this system. Secondly AdministrativeReconsideration System is designed and realized by using B/S mode, mainlyincluding business process, general framework, security system andanalysis of database.The design of system function module is mainlyfinished by UML user case.Finally, this paper introduces the implementation process and theevaluation of application.The whole system may realizes informationizing,streamling, standardizing management of daily work of administrativereconsideration.The system achieve basically the goal of improving workefficiency.
