Today, with access to the information age dependency on the network is growing, e-mail has become the most important way information exchange. And the advantages of it at a higher transmission speed, relatively simple operation, low charges, as people living in mutual information delivery, job exchange preferred means of communication, and introduced into the personal and business communications environment. The prevalence of e-mail, which greatly facilitates the user, but not a lot of spam and to it, "visit" a user’s mailbox, which not only seriously affect the user’s daily work, but also take up a lot of bandwidth and storage resources serious waste of network storage space and resources. It is because of these adverse effects caused by spam, it developed a highly effective spam filtering method is necessary.In recent years, the immune system and spam filter has a strong similarity, more and more researchers learn Immune filter design principles have been successfully applied to e-mail filtering, and achieved good results. This article is based on research scholars existing model, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these models and learn the principles of Health immunization and vaccine technology in the proposed mechanism for filtering model based vaccine spam(SFM-V).The main work and innovation points include:(1) The model was designed antigen presenting algorithms rely on antigen-presenting put the remaining information to form a new vector of random keywords into the feature vector to the antigen, and expand the scale of autologous libraries, and delete unnecessary information to prevents the message feature vector long lengths; the vaccine introduced the concept model, to achieve extraction vaccine and vaccination vaccine controller, increase immune memory and antigen gene library number and characteristics of excellent individuals.(2) In order to ensure the used data transmission safety and improve the accuracy of spam detection of the model, combined IDXP principle with the vaccine theory, a vaccine designed a vaccine transport communication protocol to enable the model to securely transmit data messages vaccine.(3) On the spam detection test platform, Mail sample set used for training and testing in order to verify the performance of the improved spam filter model, and allowed compared with other models. Through simulation and compared with other models, SFM-V has a better performance and this model can effectively filter spam.
