Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation System Based On Lotus Domino

The goal of system was that designed a safe and reliable office automationsystem based on the original network application platform of the enterprise,provided the employees with a collaborative, integrated modern officeenvironment and a comprehensive, convenient information service platform,achieved the purpose of the everyday office automation and improving officeefficiency.The system used Lotus Domino as a development platform and resolve theproblem that processing the unstructured document data. Used XML as the dataexchange format, implemented the synchronization control when exchanging databetween the heterogeneous systems.There are two kinds of Office integration technology that are VBA and Add-In.Comparison with VBA, Add-In Has the advantages that code and documentation areseparated, easy to upgrade, more safer, small storage space and so on, it ismore appropriate. Based on Add-In, combined All-Matching and OrientationAnalysis, implemented the seamless integration for multiple versions of Office.When developing the Add-In components, used All-Matching to ensure that thecomponents cover all possible versions of Office. When the computer is running,the program will search the values of the items in the Office registry of thecomputer system, using Orientation Analysis to analyze all the versions of theOffice installed on the computer. According to the results, selected thecomponents from the components group for the Office installed on the computer,and sent to Add-In to be registered. The formal definition was given to theworkflow, designed the system workflow definition, workflow engine, serialalgorithm and parallel algorithm of the workflow routing in detail, and basedon the Token theory of the Petri net, increased the copies of the document toresolve the problem that the resource grabbing when parallel processing,implemented the workflow management system, resolved the problem of the workflowself-definition in the OA system. Used the level coagulation that has higherclustering accuracy as a single sentence clustering algorithm, studied thecharacteristics of the official document, designed the represent sentence extraction algorithm, according to the characteristic of the documents that itis single, created the keywords library and the rule library of extractingkeywords, improved the mechanical syncopation algorithm, designed a syncopationalgorithm for the represent sentence, and achieved the goal of that the keywordswere automatically generated.
