With the development of society, home, sustainable technology,prevention-oriented health care model has become a trend. The purpose is to improve the quality of life and reduce theinconvenience of a doctor, and better services and construction management of theNational Health System. System basedon Web technologies,.NET technology and SQL2008R2database storagetechnologies and other technologies to design and implement.In the "My Profile" module for the management of e-document to ensure thatpersonal health security, reliability, and enhance the user experience of, respectively,from the overall design of the system architecture, cache design services, securitymanagement, database backup and restore, etc. aspects as a starting point to achievethe main function of this module. Utilized in the evaluation of disease riskassessment module model number of factors combined to calculate the relative risk,risk probability that a person may get sick and personal lifestyle adjustments as areference. For sleep analysis, mainly to do approximate entropy analysis to predicttrends in the various stages of sleep data waveform data according to different sleepstages.
