Accounts receivable and payable management system, plays the role of financialaccounting and integration of TT fund system in the SAP system. With the marketcompetition becoming more intense, it requires a higher demand of integration andefficiency of the system, as well as a high quality software, which can complete thefinancial accounting and analysis work in a limited time. However, the standard financialsystem self-owned in the SAP system, can not meet the demand yet. So there is a urgentdemand to design a SAP accounts receivable and accounts payable management system,in accordance with company’s business needs. Under such a background, this essaymakes a research and exploration of the design, and implementation of the SAP accountsreceivable and accounts payable management system.In the process of the research of this paper, the main problems we should resolveare the lag of data information, obstruction of data flow, the information asymmetry andsingle analysis function. There are three main works of this paper, The first one isresearching the section of accounts receivable, in order to realize the high levelintegration of the TT money management system and SAP accounts receivable module,as well as realize the real-time management of accounts receivable. The second one isresearching the section of accounts payable, in order to realize the seamless connectionof the date between SAP accounts payable module and purchasing system. Meanwhile,the integration of the data of SAP accounts receivable system and TT moneymanagement system, will facilitate real-time management of accounts payable. The thirdone is researching the section of the return on assets report, in order to realize thereal-time evaluation of enterprise’s profitability and operational efficiency.The methods and conclusions of this paper include the following three aspects.SAP accounts receivable and accounts payable management module has beensuccessfully applied in the SAP standard financial system. When the data is updated,thefollowing results canbe achieved through the jobs above mentioned.The first one is thesection of accounts receivable, using the RFC technology, transforming the data betweenaccounts receivable and TT moneymanagement system real-timely, And liberating thelabor from the tedious date examination and input, because these work can be completedby the automation management. Meanwhile, settling clients who have already finishedaccounts receivable timely. The second one is the section of accounts payable, using theRFC technology, integrating the date between accounts payable and purchasing modulesreal-timely, reducing the data error caused by asymmetric information, and promoting thework efficiency to the greatest extent. The third one is the section of the return on assetsreport, using the ROA model, integrating the receivable accounts payable data analysis multi-dimensionally, providing the most timely data reference for the leaders ofcompanies to control the risk of decision-making effectively.
