Research On Coin Clearing System Based On Vision And Its Application In Android

Now,coins become one of the most commonly used in the world.So,if you can design an APP which can automatically calculate the total amount of coins,it will brings a lot of convenience to calculate the number of coins,saves a lot of time and manpower.In this paper,we study the method of calculating the total amount of coins and propose a method.This paper will be divided into three parts to carry on the research of automatic coin clearing system.The first part,the preparation of image recognition program.Because of the particularity of the coin,the coin is easy to reflect when the mobile phone is taken,this will reduce the recognition rate.In this paper,before a series of operations such as segmentation we conversion RGB color space to HSV color space.First of all,according to the color feature to division 5 cents coins with a total of 1 cent coins and 1 yuan coins.And then according to the size of the feature to division 1 cent coins and 1 yuan coins.Using the method of random circle.The second part,design the Android APP.In the system,it achieves functional interaction between Android interface button and image recognition program.Because of the light,image processing program cannot identify all coins or appear errors.In the Android interface,the interface can be manually modified,therefore,improving the recognition rate.The third part,the interface between the image recognition program and APP.Image recognition procedures and Android APP are well designed,the need for image recognition program into the Java code,then use the JNI technology.JNI technology is mainly used in the JNI protocol,the protocol used to communicate Java code and external local C/C++code,through the Java protocol code can invoke the image identification code,the final image recognition program into Java code.The So file and Java program package for APK installation package to NDK technologyIn this paper,the following three aspects of innovative design:(1)A set of automatic coin counting system is designed;(2)Design feature extraction algorithm for the segmentation of coins;(3)The image recognition and APP are combined to realize the interactive function and improve the recognition rate of the whole system.At last,this paper gives some advice about the deficiency of the research content and the direction of the next step.
