Design And Implementation Of Management System To Communist Youth League Information Of Zhanqian District, Yingkou City

Youth League Committee is generally responsible for providing guidance in politics, organization, management and learning of teenagers. The committee is special than other organizations. Currently informatization and internet is the direction of party-masses working. Therefore, it is important to write this article to solve existing problems in the committee, develop and design management system of Youth League Committee of Zhanqian District, Yingkou City.According to requirement in the committee, management modules of fees, members, service, notice and users are designed in the article. UML modeling language shall be applied in detailed development and design to present system diagram, flow chart, ER diagram and sequence chart etc. Visual Studio shall be applied as developing environment, as well as ASP.NET-developing technology and C#-system developing language. SQL Server 2005 shall be applied for system data base. The above technologies shall be comprehensively applied to realize an information system to manage the committee services.Based on relevant tests, the management system is applicable in daily management of the committee and can promote the efficiency. Moreover, the system has beautiful interface and reasonable layout, through which daily management of the committee can be met. It is the first department to apply the information managing system in local party-masses area, thus it can be taken as an example for other departments to regulate relevant services and satisfy people’s needs.
