The Communist Youth League information management system is an important part of the information construction of colleges and universities. With colleges’ continuous expand enrollment in recent years, the multi-campus management have become important issues faced by many colleges and universities, and it needs higher requirements for the information management mode, there is no exception for the Communist Youth League information management. With the continuous progress of the electronic school affairs, the construction of the Communist Youth League information management is imminent, developing a Communist Youth League information management system is an effective mean to solve the important and difficult work of the Communist Youth League, and is also an important part of the construction of the electronic school affairs.The Communist Youth League information management system of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology is based on the campus network, and used J2EE as platform and database as the core, used B/S structure and the framework structure combined with Struts and Hibernate, and used SQL Server2008to complete development and design of the site database. It achieved different functions management depending on the user privileges. We used UML to do analysis and modeling of information management of the Communist Youth League, completing overall design, detailed design, and database design of the system. And it implemented the Youth League organization management, the Youth League cadre management, the Youth League member management, and data exchange and system management.The operation of the Communist Youth League information management system of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology met the basic work needs of the Communist Youth League of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology, implemented management of the Youth League organization, the Youth League cadre and the Youth League member, completed the construction of the Communist Youth League information management system. According to construction, development and operation of the system, the Communist Youth League organizations among various levels can easily exchange data, export and import file. And we can used the Communist Youth League information management system of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology to carry out management work to solve many problems like, a longer time-consuming and low efficiency caused by manual managing some information of the Youth League organization, the Youth League cadre and the Youth League member, which greatly improved the efficiency of the management work of the Communist Youth League of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.
