Software Defect Management System

Nowadays, as the rapid development of computer industry, the scale of softwaredeveloping is becoming more and more strong. But at the same time, the number ofsoftware defects is becoming larger and larger through the software developmentprocess. Thus, how to manage the bugs come from software development to assurethe quality of the software is becoming more and more important for enterprises anddevelopers. We have discussed around this project and make out a B/S mode softwaredefect management system to make defect tracking and statistics using PHP for prime.First we introduce the background of the project and what we study in the project,and then we discuss the developing base, method and technique, including the target,element and process of software management system. Base on this, we discuss thesystem requirement analyze, system design, function design and database design. Atlast we achieve the target and make test and verify.
