The Development And Application Of Management Information System For Small And Medium Sized Service Firms

In modern times, the great unprecedented changes have taken place in politics,economy and technology in the world. Globalized economy with information,knowledge and its large scale makes profound changes in enterprises’ competitionenvironment and development scale as well, the competition steps into the white-hotcompetition state. The enterprises can be in this international stage and participate ininternational competition only by continuously reducing costs, promoting moreindividual products and more agilely acquiring production and market information. Inthis fierce environment, the miniature enterprises are facing this great challenge forsurvival and development. For these enterprises, the scientific service design, thescientific funds-safeguarding mechanism and the scientific staff-management areparticularly important to set up a suitable management system. In this paper, anexample of background management system, which is suitable for a entertainmentcenter of KTV, is designed for enhancing this KTV’s competitiveness, reducing themanagement costs, decreasing the competitive pressure and making ends meet.The main function of KTV management system is to operate the serviceprocesses, and operate processes for KTV in all domains scientifically, reduceredundant personnel services, improve efficiency, the KTV management systemshould reduce operating costs, enhance the KTV in the industry’s competitiveadvantage effectively. The author realized the system settings module and assistantdecision module of KTV System. System settings module’s function is to maintain thebasic data back; decision support module is to provide operators with decisionanalysis. This author uses B/S structure to achieve a KTV backstage managementsystem and decision support system settings module. The module based on SSH2framework, the front page used AJAX technology, using JSON way to pass databack-end database, using SQL Server2008as database. The server side chose Tomcatserver. Function is implemented on the system settings data query and report analysisthree basic functions.Author of this article according to the software development process, introducedthe system to achieve the whole process, the author give a detailed description andpresentation in the implementation of key technologies, in the same time the author describes vulnerabilities solution, and proposed a similar solution to the problem.
