People need more and more real-time information in today’s world of information,andit is important for us.However,the real-time technology has been developped because ofthe people’s demand for real-time information.And so,the live broadcast technology hasemerged. Besides, the public welfare,commercial,large and small lives have beenincreasing. Video can give a more intuitive impression on us than audio.At home,the3Gapplications are increasing with coverage of3G wireless networks,the live news broadcastsand television has also been found in the use of3G transmission.and the research anddesign of these products is becoming a hot in the video transmission fields. But the3Gnetwork will generate the network charges and the products will become the absolutedependent on the single3G network, which will restrict the development of the technology.In recent years, the convenient and efficient wireless network makes it gain popularity withthe rapid growth in the number of wireless AP. At present,there are many APs in publicplaces.Many precedents that build the local area network in accordance with the wirelessLAN standard have appeared.and there are cities to follow at home,such as Hangzhou.Besides,the wifi which charges is low is bound to become the inevitable choice of users thatcan connect to the network.Given the background of the current wireless network,the embedded real-time videotransmission system is designed that combines with the embedded technology that has beendevelopped rapidly.The system’s hardware platform makes the S3C2440as the coreprocessor,and the3G module,wifi module, SD card storage module and power supplymodule are around the core.The system’s software platform is built with the GStreamer thatcan develop video and audio easily,Qt that is the graphical interface development tool andLinux that is one of operate system.The system that makes the H264as encode standardtransports in real time via RTP/RTCP protocol. For video transmission of audio and videosynchronization problems, the paper also gives a detailed solution.It is tested actually, the real-time video transmission system can display video and canplay audio and video synchronously.The system basically meets the design target.
