Based on the theory of rehabilitation medicine, this paper designs active rehabilitation virtual reality system of the lower limb exoskeleton robot. Stroke patients are often because of weakening or disappearance of the lower limb motor function, causing low walking ability and abnormal gait. This will cause great trauma on the lower extremities of hemiplegic patients physically and psychologically. Rehabilitation Medicine showed that the prevalence of patients after a period of time is the best time for rehabilitation training. Active rehabilitation training not only can reduce the symptoms of muscle atrophy, restore muscle tone, improve muscle balance control ability, but also can stimulate bone in the motor system and neural development, central motor activity in the brain cortex.Using the technical of virtual reality in the lower limb rehabilitation not only realizes the links of game and treatment、psychology guidance and physiology treatment. First of all,this paper introduces the current development of virtual reality technology at home and abroad, and shows some typical related outstanding achievement. According to the theory of lower limb rehabilitation,we design lower limb rehabilitation evaluation strategy, and put forward the initiative of lower limb rehabilitation strategy, finally design virtual scene for lower limb rehabilitation to achieve the initiative of lower limb rehabilitation strategy. Using advanced virtual reality technology, make patients take the initiative to lower limb rehabilitation training, avoid the traditional boring and tedious rehabilitation, make rehabilitation more entertaining,gameplay, help patients enhance training interest and improve rehabilitation effect.Virtual scene is modeling under the environment of Visual C++6.0, OpenGL procedures is programming in MFC. Patients with lower limb exoskeleton robot combining virtual game scene for lower limb rehabilitation training, depending on the degree of recovery, combining with active rehabilitation strategy, we design two different virtual game scenes. Using Lab VIEW to create a system interface that can display real-time data, and to combine Lab VIEW with VC, Lab VIEW can regularly call VC program cycle rehabilitation evaluation during rehabilitation training, and real-time guide the rehabilitation training. Experiments show that, it can realize the control of the virtual objects in the scene, so the application of virtual scene for lower limb rehabilitation training actively is to meet the requirements of rehabilitation.
