Virtual Reality (V R) technology,which is a new integrated information technology, has broadprospects in many areas, such as military, manufacturing, engineering, humanities education,health care, entertainment, culture, etc. With the help of virtual reality technology,It is of greatsignificance to use virtual reality technology to carry on the lower limb rehabilitation training.The paper builds large VRML virtual scene roaming, and the realization of human-computerinteraction. The main research contents include:.Fristly,this topic is in the full analysis of the characteristics of virtual reality technology andsystem modeling method on the base of interact with the hardware equipment, combined withlower limb rehabilitation theory, propose in lower limb rehabilitation robot has designed theintroduction of virtual reality rehabilitation roaming scenarios, the roaming scenario planning,and build a high degree of immersion for lower limb rehabilitation robot virtual roamingscenarios.Put forward the lower limb rehabilitation robot active assisted control training mode, theselection of hardware module, plantar pressure acquisition, amplification circuit design,according to the design of the control system of lower limb rehabilitation standards, build a set ofsimple control system, and the results of verification, the control system runs stably and quickly.Then,according to the requirements of virtual reality technology, respectively from the twoaspects of programmatic and programmatic design and preliminary implementation ofhuman-computer interaction function, design the function of automatic roaming the scene, usingthe gyroscope module to realize virtual viewpoint, use of51single-chip microcomputersimulation of PS/2keyboard, and to communicate with a PC, implements the rehabilitationrobot and synchronous movement of the virtual viewpoint. At last,this topic using VRML language, and3ds MAX established a virtual city sceneroaming, applied in the rehabilitation of the patients with upper limb rehabilitation robot training,high immersion in the virtual scene and quick response of human-computer interaction, real-timeboth increase the patient’s recovery enthusiasm, reduce the burden of rehabilitation medicalpersonnel, and greatly improve the training effect, shorten the recovery period.
