The Back-end Outsourcing Management System Of Semiconductor Industry

With the development of division in semiconductor industry become more and moredetailed and products requirements for the production technology and equipment becomemore stringent, differentiation and specialization of the industry will be more obvious.Atpresent,The integration of the semiconductor industry chain becomes especially important. Inthe process of integration, we need to control products in the manufacturing factory and alsoneed to track and manage outsourced products.In a highly informazation and complex modernenterprise, how to establish a set of effective outsourcing management mechanism, and howto realize digital system and collaborate with suppliers. are the content and purpose of theresearch in my paper.Outsourcing process has a mature solution in the industry,however, there is not a matureproduct can meet the requirement of enterprise outsourcing semiconductor because of thespecial nature of the semiconductor industry.In this paper, I take a chip of the manufacturing enterprises as the basis, accord to theoutsourcing management theory and combine the characteristics of chip manufacturingindustry.I analyze and design outsourcing management mode which the enterprise. Based onthese, i determine the scope of outsourcing management system and module.System is analysed and designed it from the three main function modules.First, the double single collaborative management module,which parallel managingoutsourcing orders and purchase orders and triggering the outsourcing process according tothe outsourcing management. Second, the outsourcing of management module can be used for monitoring theoutsourcing products in subcon vendor.Third, we should manage accounts payable and check outsourcing of payable monthlybased on inventory status to ensure outsourcing cost can be correctly and timely paid.In addition to the three main function modules, system also includes regular reminders,rights management and other functions. The system uses J2EE framework model andcombined with the interface of third party Web Method tool and SAP as well as MESproducts. After the realization of the system, I analyze the test and the usage of the system inmy paper, and present the direction of further study and improve the research. After thescheme wass carried out in a chip manufacturing enterprises, it has controled risk of manual.It has improved accuracy and timeliness of data and increased efficiency of outsourcingoperations more or less8%. As the outsourcing business enterprises’ growing outsourcing, itprovides a good solution and access a good effect in practical application.
