Use process diagrams and data flow diagram to describe how the outsourcing is processed.Thirdly,by making the data dictionary,incorporating the principles of database design,further analyzing for the data flow diagram and information of the property could be made.SQL Server 2008 relational database is finally choosen to implement data storage structure,access methods, database tables, and database system to complete the backend design.Finally,use ASP.NET technology and Visual Studio 2008 software based on the B/S structure for the front and rear system detailed designing, which include the main technical issues and the main module. The main modules contain information dissemination module, business showing module, process applying module, online negotiation module, contract management module, etc. Use SQL Server 2008 relational database to ensure data security and integrity. In the platform development stage, following issues are solving:the layout of the page design, parameter passing between pages and the connection between Web pages and database.
