During the12th Five-Year Plan, Jiading District Health Bureau builds aregional digital health platform of Jiading district forming a regional healthinformation system based on modern IT project by propelling five years plannedconstruction of Jiading district health informatization. This system is unified andefficient, resources integration, interconnection and interworking, informationsharing and easy to use. The booking online system of hospital registration that is animportant reform measures focused on patient has a great significance on improvingthe medical service level and making it convenient for masses to go to see a doctor.The service of making an appointment to medical implemented by hospital isconvenient for masses to see a doctor and is also in favor of improving the level ofmanagement, the efficiency and the quality of treatment and reducing the risk ofmedical safety by planning medical treatment in advance and decreasing the waitingtime.This dissertation designs and implements the Jiading District Booking OnlineSystem of Hospital Registration by using the technique of JSP, javascript anddatabase and the web service-oriented architecture based on the pattern of B/A. Inthe process of the whole project, this dissertation first tried to understand the HISsystem within the hospital and analyze it in order to implement the later interactionbetween the information and deploy the corresponding web-service in hospital. Thissystem that is based on real name registered service employs the service on thefront-side of hospital to collect the real name information and then passes theinformation to the database of booking platform.The dissertation analyzes the functional requirement of book system in detailcombined with the business process of booking the hospital registration. Then, thedissertation makes a whole design of the system from the side of the technicalfeasibility, the architecture of technique, the functional model of the system and soon based on reflecting the service concept of ‘patient-centered’. This dissertationalso designs the logical database structure and database relationship of the system bystatistically structural designing the system and analyzing the functional distributionof the modules.This system mainly comprises28tables that contains patientinformation table, scheduling information table, department information table,doctor information table, hospital information table, booking regulation table,booking record table and so on. After designing the system, it implements thefunctional modules of the whole system that contains: user register/login module, booking hospital registering module, management of booking list module,management of system module and so on.At last, during the testing of the system, this dissertation uses black-box andwhite-box methods on testing the function and performance of the booking platformweb following the idea of ensuring the high quality of software function and thenproposes an optimized scheme. Now, the system has been launched on-line and runsstable with the number of users increasing which achieves the expected result.
