As the particularity of the application in the Space Measuring and Controlling, the software quality and reliability is especially important. Although the theory of software test is mature now, but not in area of the Space Measuring and Controlling. So the Article discussed its application.The Article briefly illuminates the base technique, the process of the software testing and the position and the function of the software testing in software quality assurance. It summarizes the testing guide for the software of the station management of the Measure and Control Network for the satellite or space probe, combine with the software standard and the departmental program of quality management. Finally it gives the design of the testing tool for the software of station management.The software testing is different from software quality assuring. They are inclusive and crossed each other. The domestic and foreign experience of software testing proved that to build the perfect system of software quality assuring, effective system of software developing, to implement strict quality assurance and to manage canonically, is the only way of software developing.CETC-10 is engaged in the research in the aerospace in measuring and controlling system (station) for years. And in these years, the requirement of the system software in this field has a little change, but with the application of new technique and tools, the software becomes more and more complex. Its'testing also becomes more and more difficult now. So it is very necessary for a good testing tool or guide to these testing.
