With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the growingproduction scale,the e-government system’s position is becoming increasinglyimportant in government and subsidiary industries,wide-ranging and in-depth industryapplication solutions are an important part of the information technology platform. Inorder to adapt to the global trend of the construction of the information superhighway,China launched the initial project of national economy informatization, after manyyears of sustained development, with the construction of standardization system andsecurity system, it’s improved the development of E-government.This thesis studied the design and implementation of indicator customizationreport forms data acquisition system,it is an application solution that uses advancedplatform technology and design architecture to development, hasgood scalability ofcomponent-based and modular.This solution’s core is indicator data,can meet the userdemands to overall control "real time" data in the industry. Including industry-orientedcontrol, strong statistical demand’s government agencies or conglomerates, solveindustry-wide information collection, demand aggregation, provide accurate dataanalysis support for decision-making; in the core indicators, formulated with flexibleacquisition through a variety of means of gathering achieve fast and efficient datacollection;On the existing business systems,consolidation differences of informationclassification,indicators,collecting channels,applications and data collecting scope,build a unified, open, quick to build and easy to use data collection platforms.Report form data acquisition system, as to the core indicator data collection,firstly integrate flexible binding indicator,secondly followed by data collection engine,configuration program, collecting auxiliary function provides a top-down, from insideto outside information collection tools. The main platform is the B/S structure,deployed on the portal system headquarters or divisions(such as e-government networkplatform above the ministerial or provincial authorities), to complete the multi-levelindicator data collection. The platform supports process-driven engine acquisitionprocess and provide a variety of designers, can be meeted all aspects functionalrequirements.The data acquisition system in this paper, use ICS&S’s ResourceOne product development platform as the foundation, ResourceOneBizfoundation as applicationdevelopment platform, R1studio system as development tools, R1portal providesportal integration, R1starflow for process customization. The system uses the Javalanguage, supplemented JavaScript, HTML, XML, using the Oracle11g database,Cape Smart Form Designer, in Windows XP environment developed.
