Thanks to the widely applications of advanced3G networks, as well as thefurther development of construction and commercial value of4G networks, mobileoperators have been paying more and more attention to users`perception, which isone of the competitions focuses. China Unicom, as one of the major three telecomoperators, to seize the opportunity and meet the challenges in its own way, isconstantly innovating in the fiercely competitive market. Meanwhile, playing asignificant role of nerve center to run the brain rapidly and efficiently, networkmanagement center in Daqing Branch of China Unicom has developed a moresophisticated system of obstacle sending and resource management, which includesthe following three aspects:The article begins with the analysis of the existing approach of network failuressending. Scanning in real time mobile wed information release system inHeilongjiang, the system automatically generates messages of obstacle through EasyLanguage. Moreover, it makes the whole process of sending, reminder, feedback andeliminatione of the obstacle in an automated inner closed loop manner. In order toshort the time span of the malfunction consultation, this paper has abolished thetraditional manually searching method of transport route and starts with thedetermination of the sticking point. The advanced system turns the routing in wholenetwork of Daqing into graphical resources and produces transport route accordingto the location of sticking point.The automatic recording of power generation hasbeen emphasized in this paper. Subverting the conventional manual recording wayduring integrated supervision of network management, the new system does not onlyaim to improve working efficiency, but also improve the accuracy of the disorder toachieve a power personnel positioning function, effectively avoiding themaintenance personnel from false report and other violations, which also resulted insaving the company’s operating costs.The system, using the automated distribution of failure as a mean, hassignificantly reduced the procesing time to fixing the Daqing city network failure, italso plays an important role in improving the level of user perception and the qualityof the network, which established a good reputation of China Unicom and brings thecomprehensive network management duty into a highly efficient, intelligent era.
