A missile product will go through the process of research, production, test andmaintenance and many other stages during its whole life cycle. For the productscontinuity, all kinds of information of this product is a very important resourcethroughout its life cycle. How to collect, process and utilize the information is theproblem that an enterprise must deal with; and how to efficiently integrate it withinformation system in actual application, how to promote each other and ensure thequality of the products is an issue that most enterprises must be faced. During itsdevelopment process, the missile needs parts setting, assembling and adjustmentand necessary routine test to make sure that the products conform to the specifi edfunctional and performance requirements after its drawing and parts processing.In the process of the researching and developing process of a product,completing drawings, parts production, parts collection, assembly, testing and sometype tests is needed to ensure the required fuction and proformances. Finally,general requirement and specified content is concluded from the perspective of theinformation system’s actual demand and the author’s enterprise which covers theconstruction of system function structure, the building of software frame and thedesign of syetem function in detail. In order to ensure the security and integrity ofthis information system, security stretagies like PKI, VPN and decryptiontechnology are applied. To combine this information system with real production, astructure tree of a product is created. With futher research, it can be generatedmanually and automatically. Information of production parts and assemblingprocess can be extracted from the structure tree and this can ensure the assemblingstructure of the product. Integrity technology is also included in this research so asto solve the “island phonomenon”, and this technology can perfectly combine theinformation of structure, quality inspection, test and failure maintenance of aproduct together to make the whole information seamless viewed and associated. Atthe same time, the integration technology applied is used to integrate the existingcomprehensive plan management system of scientific research and production. Inthis way, the product test plan and the maintenance program of a product can beconnected to the structure tree, and the information can be checked in the scientific research program. Thus, the information data of the products in the whole life cyclecan be well connected, and the integration of the information system and theeffective use of information data can be realized from the situation as a whole.
