The information technology on behalf of CDA/CAE/CAM is graduallyinfiltrating into the full life-cycle of modern manufacturing industry’s productresearch. Under the push of the information technology, the connection of activitiesfor product research of different enterprises has been closer and closer showingcharacters of multiprogram, crossing information demand, team collaboration and soon. The change of product creation’s model demands that the information technologyis able to offer high effectiveness and parallel technology. Therefore the mobility ofproduct information and working objective, the low cost using and sharing, as well ascapacity、inheritability、shareing、reusability of the product data and R&D knowledgehave all become grave probloms for information technology to be solved.Up to now, there have existed many successful commercial CAx systems, such as:UG、ANAMS and MASTERCAM etc. The technology features offering softwarefuntion supports for devising、analysing and producing centered at products geometrictracing. However, the above CAx systems are all respectively developedheterogeneous software systems, so in the process of devising、analysing、processingand assembling it must construct systems like CAD and CAE etc in the heterogeneousenvironment in different phrases. And the result of every phrase is not retained eitherin a uniform product information model resulting in the loose of initiate informationand knowledge in the production procession. And the direct aftermath is that theultimate can’t understand the initiate intention bringing about ambiguity of thedevising, incomformity and large redundancy of data. When it is operated inheterogeneous environment, the cost of using of information is very high with lowefficiency, products can’t be assembled or used. So, there is a severe demand inbuilding a theory of production model of structure that pushes the development of thedigital designing product system forward and develops the advanced model theory andstructurally and digitally designed software architecture technology, in order toachieve the objective of information integration and devising integration of productsand offer strong supports to the digital devising product technology.Based on AMFB new product information model, This paper supported by KeyProject the National Natural Science Foundation(60635020) and973Program(201032BC002) have researched basic body and retrieval body, The informatinstorage technology of AMFB new model information was researched primarily. Themain contents and work of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the funtion of retrieval body was analysed and the non-geometry information storage structure of ‘XMLdocument+database’ is advanced. Secondly, The concept、 structure andimplementation methods of isomorphism tree、 structure tree and information treewere realized based on function requirements of trieval body. Thirdly, The detailedstudy of XML technology was finished, and the storage of structure tree andinformation tree was realized based on SQL Server2005. Fourthly, the systemstructure and application framework of Open CASCADE and the applicationframework and framework services of OCAF are researched, and depth analysis ofoperations of OCAF document and attribute mechanism of OCAF was finished.AMFSDI software system is developed by using VC++based on Open CASCADEdevelopment platform and SQL Server2005relational database. It implements theinformation storage organization of AMFB model. And the process of modelinformation storage of AMFB is illuminated by storing a slider’s information.
