Many large-scale disasters caused by natural and human factors happened frequently in recent years. The characters of high-rise buildings, which is the sign of the times, for instance, high-density personnel accommodation, relatively slow evacuation and material resources with high loading. It always causes huge casualties and property losses once suffered the unexpected disasters. Meanwhile, with the rapid development of network technology, networking has become a leading field which can build a new economic-developing model and reshape the long-term competitiveness. Therefore, in order to safeguard the people’s safety and adapt to the times’requirement, it is necessary to do some research in safety monitoring information system and establish a safety monitoring information database in high-rise building based on the internet of things.Based on the development status of high-rise building’s monitoring system and the internet of things, safety monitoring information system was built through statistics and theories analysis. What’s more, the SSH frameworks was built to modularity the system with Eclipse+Tomcat6.0+JDK1.6in this paper. The main findings are as follows:(1)The security status parameters on the high-rise building were sorted and classified, so were the security parameters of the system and its subsystems and components. A safety monitoring information system was built in accordance with disasters and accidents that high-rise buildings may occurred.(2)Safety evaluation model was established to evaluate the high-rise buildings’overall safety and single-hazard safety based on AHP.(3)Security monitoring factor database was built on the Oraclellg database. SSH framework was built and the user’s hierarchical management was realized. Almost all operations of the entire system were being log-tracked to ensure the safety of the system. Modularity designs and JQuery EasyUI plugin were used which made human-computer interaction interface friendly, as well as less demanding on the user’s computer level. Also, Human beings use it conveniently. The research work of this paper concertrated on the long-distance and real-time security monitoring of the buildings. Meanwhile, the ability to macro-monitor was greatly enhanced by achieved integration and the share of information through hierarchical management and network interconnection. This system can provide interface to the internet of things. Therefore, it will become an important part and general utility tool for the high-rise building’s disaster prevention and reduction system.
