Design And Implementation Of Online Examination System

After entering in twenty-first Century, the rapid development of the Internet, has a verybig impact on people’s way of life. For example, with the increase in the number of students,the teacher hard to arrange an exam, the traditional exam printed papers, examinationarrangements, examiners, collected papers, grades examination papers and so on,which is along and complex process, has become increasingly unsuited to the needs of modern teaching.Online examination system is an extension of the traditional test, it can use the infinite spaceof the network that can help the teacher hold an examination at any time, and the use of Web anddatabase technology which can greatly simplifies the traditional examination process.Based on the analysis of the computer network technology and its application mode,combined with the Browser/Serve model, Java Server Page dynamic web page technologyand Oracle database technology, using Internet as the development platform, design andimplement the online examination system, the system’s front presentation logic is realized bythe HTML+JS technology, the back-end uses the JAVA+ORACLE database to realize thedata logic. The system has realized the increase, modification and delete questions in thebasic functions, and manage the paper release state; to achieve the management of registeredstudents and students in online test and result inquiry function; to achieve the management ofexamination paper, management questions, management exam of the affair and otherfunctions; In this paper, the following work has been done. The system requirementsanalysis,system overall structure design, system module detailed design and database designanalysis, focuses on the detailed design of the system demand analysis and the functionmodule and the backstage database design.The key to solve the automatic generationexamination paper function and the examinee answer cache recovery and some othertechnical problems, the online examination has the advantages of simple operation, easy touse and so on.
