Project Management Information System is a part of Manager InformationSystem and it is a kind of software which used for project management. It provides aplatform which Integrates and manages the imformation, it mainly used for datacollection, data storage, data view, data processing and data management whichproducted by the whole factory under the enterprise network environment.Along with the acceleration and deepening of the process of enterprise market,every corporation has increased the project of electronic infrastructure continuously.It could increase the level of project management and the reflective ability ofstrategy to the corporation by PMIS platform,and it could control thesafety,quality,progress and the costs of the project more better,and it will provide thebase information for the whole life-cycle of the assets.The article introduced the design and implementation of the CSJ’s PMIS. It is aWeb application system which based J2EE architecture,and has the advantage withhigh availability, security, scalability and reliability. It uses the IFS Web Clientframwork which based on MVC model to develop the Web application program.And it uses the UML technique to analyse and design the system.The article quotedthe "DABIAOTOUCHAN" block which contained by "ZONGHEGUANLI" blockto interpret how the the basic bussiness block implemented by IFS Web ClientFramwork. And it gives the design and implementation programme of the projecttree’s structure and the rights management system which based on RBAC model.Modules are on-line, and running successfully now.
