This will help administrator achieve thegoals of the system.Based on analyzing GaoLing county profile, GaoLing county agricultural landcontract and management, this paper draws requirements analysis, system platformtarget and the needs of agricultural land contract and management rights for initialregistration, change of registration, mortgage registration of agricultural landmanagement requirements.On the basis of the requirement analysis, this paper describes the system design,system platform architecture design, module design, process design, functional design,security design, performance, design, database design and structural design of themain data table, clear the use of B/S patterns to facilitate the requirements of thesystem.Through several rounds of modification, the system finally meets of agriculturalland contract and management rights of Gaoling management requirements throughvarious functional tests of the system.Finally, a plan for the mortgage registration platform of the right to agriculturalland contractual management was designed. According to the status of Gaoling, Xi’an,Shaanxi, we designed a platform based on GIS, which can be used to Gaoling’smortgage registration of the right to agricultural land contractual management. Ourstudy can speed up the pace of the agricultural land contractual management rights enter the financial system, and can accelerate the development of agricultural industryorganization.
