DPSL laser and other related frequency-doubling laser, have high efficiency,compact, stable, reliable and all-solid etc properties, they attract lots of R&D interestand become researching hot point in laser field, and they push the development ofsolid state laser at high speed.Among of them, micro-chip DPSS laser, dues to itscompact and simple construction, has become one of the researching hot point insolid-state laser, but due to short of deeper theoretical analysis’s support, lots offactors in production process are out of control, so, most of domestic producers ofGreen Laser Core can not improve the properties of this product to high level.First of all, this paper introduces the development status and the main propertiesof DPSL. Base on the space-speed equation considering space effect, analyzing theDPSL at theory stage, at the same time, we analyze some parameters such as pumpthreshold and slope efficiency which can influence laser output, this way can givestrong support to optimize the design of Green Laser Core. Analysize the propertiesof laser crystal and frequency crystal intensively, we select suitable crystal, and doinganalysis of the temperature and optical properties on designed Green Laser Corewhich are assemblied by Nd:YVO4and KTP crystal. On the crystal’s temperatureproperties and conversion efficiency, we do the match calculation and find thenecessary parameters, one is frequency crystal’s phase retardation which is relating totemperature properties, another one is laser crystal’s phase retardation which isrelating to optical properties. Analysize the rationship between crystal’s phaseretardation and optical spectrum, and provide the respective resolution ofimprovement. Now, we have found the practical theoreticalanalysis of Micro-Chipgreen laser core which has not been provided previously, we can obtain requiredoutput product depending on controlling corresponding parameters of producingprocess, this practical research has been applied in daily process, and the result ispretty good.
