In this paper , the theory of high power LD pumped green laser is discussed; Some important technology are analyzed and discussed. On this base , we have done some experiments and researches and get the results of the experiments.In the first chapter , we introduce the traits , the pumping structure and a fit material of DPL .we also discuss the history of diode-pumped green laser ;In the second chapter , begin with the thermal transmit equation ,we discuss the function of thermal distribution , the model of temperature distribution , and the thermal effect in the laser crystal .At last, some compensating measures of the thermal effect were given. Begin with the general theory of resonators, we discuss the design of high power green laser resonators and simulate G parameter of peculiarly condition in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter , we introduce the theory and traits of acoustic-optical Q-Switch , and give the theory and calculation model; In the fifth chapter ,characteristics of no-linear materials are introduced, and the ways of calculation about the material of KTP are given; The sixth chapter covers experimental equipments, results and discusses; The summary is presented in the last part of the paper.
