Oxygen saturation is one of the important parameters of human physiologicalhealth. Oxygen saturation monitoring has very important significance to the humanhealth. Oximeter is an instrument to monitor oxygen saturation; it uses Lambert-BeerLaw as the principle, and then calculates oxygen saturation according to acquisitionphotoplethysmography signal. Oximeter realized of human blood oxygen saturationnoninvasive, real-time, continuous monitoring. Traditional oximeter is mostlyseparate medical instruments. It is hard for patient to use oximeter without healthcare worker’s help. With the development of mobile Internet, it makes oxygensaturation measurement result sharing and visualization management possible.Traditional oximeter cannot achieve such a function.This paper designed a system, which implements wireless measurement of bloodoxygen saturation measurement. Besides, the measurement results can visualmanagement and measurement results can share to other by email. The main work ofthis paper is as follows:1、This essay presents some ways to measurement of oximetry. Then this essaystudied the noninvasive measurement method, which uses Lambert-Beer Law asprinciple. Finally this essay derived the principle of oximeter by uses modifiedLambert-Beer Law.2、This essay designed a pulse oximeter system, which includes acquisitionequipment and data process center. This system implements wireless measure byuses Bluetooth.3、Acquisition equipment utilizes MCU CC2540which integrated low-powerBluetooth protocol stack for photoplethysmography signal acquisition. It directlyconvert analog signal to digital signal by uses Light to Frequency device. Thisfunction can improve the signal’s signal to noise ratio and simplify the acquisitiondevice.4、This essay developed a iOS application, which implemented calculate measureresult by signal processing. In addition, this application can visually manage themeasurement results and measurement results can upload to cloud server and shareto other by email.5、In signal processing, the design of the signal collecting time-sequence caneliminate the interference of background light. Furthermore, this essay transform thephotoplethysmography signal into the frequency domain by uses Chirp Z transform and combined with digital low-pass filter, to improve the signal’s signal to noiseratio. These method leads to the improvement of the accuracy of measurement.
