The paper discusses the research subject which is supported by a research institute of China-Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, introduces the design of the two-axis target imitation motion system used to test the performance of some weapons and the research of key technology problems.Firstly, we introduce the mechanical structure of two-axis motion trestle. It is crossed-shaped structure and uses the advanced ball screws with large lead and linear rolling grides. Then we illuminate the forms of the hardware and software of its control system. The software have two parts of up position and under position, the hardware includes PMAC, Panasonic AC servo-motors, drivers and IPC.The extend function of control system is explained emphatically. It includes random curve's realization, multi-points document's input and realization of spline, serial communication remote control etc.Finally, we analysis and research the motion model of spline1, spline2 and PVT. Then we analysis the principle of each of motion model emphatically and reserch the method of to control interpolate distance for reduce the path error. Finally, we using the Matlab to simulate the three motion model and and the real motion system to investigate experimentally. The simulation results are analysis and compared with, guide technical application consequently.
