The continuous development of radar technology put forward higherrequirements for the performance of radar in complex environment. The statics,dynamics characteristic of the radar antenna structure have direct influence on radarantenna mechanical and electric property. Good structure statics and dynamicscharacteristic is not only an important foundation of guarantee of radar technologyprecision index, also is the precondition that the radar can work normally. So theanalysis of radar antenna structure has a great significance.Take the new product development project as a support, with finite elementmethod and multi-body dynamics theory as the foundation.The article has designedthe antenna framework structure, and put finite element analysis and the analysis ofmulti-body dynamics simulation on the structure. This article main research content isas follows:(1)According to the structure feature and design requirements of radar antenna,functional requirements, determine the type and structure of the radar antenna.According to the design index of radar antenna main structure, make sure the designscheme of the antenna frameļ¼Œuse Pro/E to establish conform to the requirements ofthe radar antenna frame3d model.(2) The article has analysis radar antenna framework structure under its weightand wind load, comprehensive analysis of the result, verify the structural stiffness andstrength of the design requirements. Through Antenna framework structure modalanalysis, study the analysis of vibration mode, put forward methods and measures onavoiding antenna frame resonance.(3) By using multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn establish radarantenna framework multi-rigid-body simulation model.By using the method of finiteelement flexible body establish radar antenna framework structure soft hybrid model.Through the simulation of antenna movement within the scope of work, get thedriving force curve in the process of the Deployable structure work, and thedeformation of positioning claw.(4) Though parametric design of positioning claw, and simulation the multi-body dynamics model of parameterized, obtained influence between its deformation andthe change of the position, for the future of the radar antenna structure design providemore reliable solution.The research of this paper shows the general flow of the radar antennaframework design and development, and the methods has theoretical guidancemeaning and engineering application value to other similar products.
