Framework For Thermal-Structure Numerical Simulation Software And Realization Of Basic

Finite element procedures are now an important and frequently indispensable part of engineering analysis and design. Finite element computer programs are now widely used in practically all branches of engineering for the analysis of structures, solids, and fluids.This paper background for actual engineering project, basis on solid mechanics theory and heat transport theory, builds a framework for thermal-structure numerical simulation software, completed the analysis procedure of thermal-structure. At last, this software was applied to actual engineering project, and provided numerical valueto solving actual problem of project. Description made by thesis as follows:(1) Researching the fundamental theory that the solid structure and the conduction of heat theory, to be used to designing the framework for the finite element method software.(2) Building the framework that based on the fundamental theory. Combining open source finite element method procedure and available fundamental theory, builds the framework of finite element method procedure. In the process of structuring that frame, we abstracted the fundamental class and data type that finite element method analyses needed.(3) According to Hamilton principle and Minimum heat potential role of principle deduces the finite element method form of the thermal- structure coupling problem. The finite element method equation that based on principle which gets according to two equations is coupling structure equation and coupling transient conduction of heat equation. Finding the solution from the two equations can get the thermal- structure coupling problem displacement and temperature.(4) Based on the framework of the finite element method procedure, and the form of deducing thermal-structure coupling finite element method, completed thermal-structure coupled finite element method procedure design. Using simple examples to testing, and the result of tests are the same with commerce software analysis.
