New type radar of aerial series developed by Chinese Electron Scientific and Technological Company 38th Institute adopted the design plain of level array aerial which is layered by digital array unit (DAU). The structure characteristic of this kind of aerial, made the structure designer guaranteed the array aerial level degree under the limited space and weight. As to this, adopt the rational structure overall arrangement in order to improve the overall rigidity of the aerial frame structure, excavate rigidity contribution of every part of the frame structure fully, aimed at forming reasonable pattern of strength receiving.For overcoming the predicament that optimize model can not be established reasonably in conventional method and multi work condition reliability design based on weight factor of work condition is difficult to use among actual project, considered the miscellaneous operation and calculation caused by different structure parameter, assemble the series and a large amount of different operating modes in the actual project gives full play to the strong function of CAE on the basis of the concept of general CAD, according to the basic model of the products and the designer's conception, utilizes general finite element software to carry on model construct and analyze displacement and stress using finite element method at the same time, presents designer some ocular designs and analysis results finally, thus enable the designer to confirm whether this scheme is rational fast.Utilized parameterized model building technology that ANSYS offered and Visual C ++ language to developed specific program module PASLF. In order to get the true data and verify the exactness of the geometric model building and finite element analytical method within PASLF procedure, done the serial stress and displacement tests of assembled DAU with imitated weight position scheme.The tests indicate that under the worst situation (assembled by 2 rows, 8 layers), the stress distribution of most part of frames is only at several MPa, displacement on frame is in the range of -0.01 ~ -0.02,maximal displacement on baffle-board is smaller than 0.15mm.Comparing with the stress and displacement test data, prove geometric model building, load simplifying, connection way between DAUs dealing etc. key problems processed in program module PASLF arecorrect .
