Design And Realization Of Mining Equipment Layout System Based On VBA

This article designed and developed a set of mining equipment layout systemwhich can be applied to the real manufacture environment. Thus the inqueries of thisproject are come from the actual users of the mine company. This article considers thecurrent management situation, uses Auto CAD secondary develop technology, makesthe VBA IDE develop environment in Auto CAD as the develop platform, and makesthe SQL Server2000as the database of the system, eventually finished the systemdesign and development task. The designed system based on C/S network structure andthrough ADO method to connect the database.In the procedure of the system design, here found many ways to do the Auto CADsecondary development work, so this essay analyzed their differences and disadvantages.And eventually give several solutions to make the system come true. Give a constrast ofthe solutions and verified the feasibility.On the bases of solving the key problem of thesystem design, then finish the main module functions.The functions of the systemcontains the equipment drawing block library management, place the equipmentdrawing block function, connect the drawing block to the DBMS, update the equipmentinformation and so on.This article proposed a solution to set up the dynamic visualpositioning, finish the device information shows function and finish the statisticalmanagement on the base of Auto CAD secondary development.In Auto CADenvironment, the actual users through the disgned system can freely place theequipment drawing block to the ground plan of mine, and this environment and handlemethod are familiar to the users.In this system, designed many friendly interactivewindow, make a connection of the drawing block and database record, the combinationof location information and attribute information has a high feasibility.On the otheraspects of the system, the system designed the function to look the multiple drawingblock’s information, set many shortcuts of the designed functions and even set up manyvisualization of panel to make users place drawing block easily and quickly. This articlegives a good solution to show the mine equipment geographical location and attributes,it meets the real demand of the mine company. The system uses the existing resources, developed the location information andequipment status of the equipment integrated management system based on Auto CADsecondary development, this solution has the certain innovation and the use value.
